I've been uploading new deviations for some time now, and I just realized that it has been over a year since I updated this journal! Talk about slacking!

I've been doing alot more photography lately, writing has been put on the backburner for the most part quite simply because I just don't have time to sit and write these days. Tis a side effect of being a mother I suppose, lord knows I spend a good chunk of my time chasing after the little rugrat! lol. Speaking of which, we just celebrated Olivia's 1st birthday on Sept. 14th. It's hard to believe that a year has passed us by already...even harder to believe is that I haven't flooded my account with pictures of her!

Other than life with baby, not too much is new around these here parts. We got a new hamster back in July which we've named Mr. Bean (Beanie), and both my husband and I have become quite involved with the local SCA group. He is learning swordplay, and I'm learning to play the dulcimer.

That's all for now, I'll try to update this again sometime soonish (hopefully it won't take me a year!)
